Hi, I’m Jess Seilheimer

Life brings us down many paths, and an unexpected one lead me here!

After two decades as an executive in an ad agency in NYC, I took a big leap in 2020 and moved to Centerport, Long Island— choosing a more creative, grounded life rooted in beauty, nature, and intentional living. Dahlias & Dreams grew from my love of flowers, gardens, and energetically aligned spaces— rooted in the belief that beauty is a feeling.

Through floral design, garden design, and energetic home alignment, Dahlias & Dreams brings beauty, intention, and energized living into everyday spaces & experiences—homes, gardens, gatherings, events and moments that deserve to feel special.
